ABOUT US

Peregrine Music’s goal is to bring the joy of music to our community by performing a wide range of music to a high standard.  Peregrine consists of three music making ensembles: Peregrine Orchestra, Peregrine Voices and Peregrine Chamber.  Peregrine Music is a registered charity, number 1214877.

OUR ENSEMBLES

Peregrine Orchestra

Peregrine Orchestra is made up of dedicated musicians who are passionate about sharing their love of music with others, and enjoy playing in each other’s company. We welcome new members who share our passion for music and our commitment to excellence.  The orchestra was founded in 2021 by Daniel Collins and consists of some of the finest amateur players in London and beyond, and where possible includes music students in its ranks.  We are dedicated to providing opportunities for music college students to gain experience through leading us and taking on solo roles.

Peregrine Voices

Peregrine Voices is a small-forces chamber choir formed by our artistic director Daniel Collins in September 2024, performing in venues across the capital.  It is also a liturgical choir, singing at various churches throughout London.

Peregrine Chamber

Peregrine Chamber is a series of chamber concerts focused on promoting emerging artists and their ensembles.  We have a connection with all of London's music colleges, with a large number of our performers coming from the Royal Academy of Music.  These concerts are currently held at the beautiful church of St. Mary le Strand in central London, at 1pm on the first Wednesday of the month.
